The La Vergne Police Department reported that M’Niyah voluntarily left the home with her baby and got into a white pickup truck with an unknown driver.

M’Niyah reportedly later called a relative and said, “Do not worry about me, I am gone and I am not telling you where I am at.”

There had been previous incidents involving “neglectful care” involving the Department of Children’s Services, according to La Vergne PD.

Both are reported safe after being located in Nashville.
