SMYRNA, Tenn. (WSMV) - The Tennessee Highway Patrol is searching for a driver after a woman was hit by two vehicles following being ejected from her car in a weekend crash on Interstate 24 in Rutherford County on Sunday, according to a crash report.

Dominique Ann Anderson was driving a 2011 Jaguar Xf on I-24 East near Mile Marker 70 when the vehicle ran off the side of the roadway at about 3:30 a.m.

The report states that the vehicle entered the median, struck a dirt beam, and began overturning multiple times. Anderson was ejected from the vehicle and ended up in the travel lanes of I-24 West.

Shortly after, an unknown vehicle traveling on I-24 West struck her and fled the scene. Charges against this driver are pending an investigation. Another vehicle, a 2014 Toyota Prius, also struck Anderson but stayed at the scene.
