Country star Lainey Wilson plans two TN stops on upcoming world tour

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - Country music star Lainey Wilson announced a new world tour named after her latest album, Whirlwind.

Wilson’s tour comes after a big 2024 for the artist. She was inducted into the Grand Ole Opry, performed at the Dallas Cowboys Thanksgiving halftime show, won a slew of awards and hosted the 58th CMA Awards alongside NFL great Peyton Manning and country music star Luke Bryan.

During her tour, Wilson is set to perform twice in the Volunteer State.

In early October (Oct. 2), Wilson will perform at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena before taking the stage at Thompson-Boling Arena at Food City Center in Knoxville on Oct. 24.
