City Watch canceled for missing, endangered 4-month-old infant taken by mother

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - The Memphis Police Department canceled a City Watch for a missing and endangered 4-month-old infant.
Magnolia Love-Miller was taken by her 17-year-old biological mother, Kamaya Love-Miller.
Kamaya ran away from the house of her daughter’s legal guardian, taking Magnolia with her.
Magnolia has been found, according to police.
