3 Pounds - Short Ribs

2 Cups - Toasted Sesame Seeds

5 Cups - Soy Sauce

1 ½ Cup - Sprite

4 Cups - Sesame Oil

1 Cup - Tahini (Sesame Paste)

3 Cups - Brown Sugar

¼ Cup - Red Chili Flakes

2 Cups - Pear Nectar

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and marinate short ribs overnight (or for at least 6 hours) for

best flavor.
