4 Cups Strawberries (Halved)
4 Cups Rhubarb (Trimmed& Cut Crosswise)
1 Cup Sugar
¼ t salt
1 Lemon (Zest & Juice)
Instructions- In a sauce pot add all ingredients except for lemon and zest, bring to a boil, reduce and simmer until desired consistency. Finish with lemon juice and zest.
