- 1 medium yellow onion, julienned (~1 cup)
- 4 oz balsamic vinegar
- 2 oz honey
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 Tablespoon oil
Heat a small sauce pan over medium heat and add 1 T of oil.
Once the oil is hot (~1 min), dump the onion in the pan.
Season the onion with salt and pepper.
Stir often to avoid sticking / burning.
