This toddler was found abandoned at a Goodwill store in Mississippi.
Police say the suspect, a light-skinned black male wearing black jogging pants and a black cowboy hat, dropped the child off with a plastic bag containing a change of clothes and a note before leaving the scene on foot.
Police say this woman is also associated with the incident.
Southhaven Police say this is the vehicle driven by a couple who abandoned a 2-year-old boy at a Goodwill store the morning of Monday, December 14.
