Metro Police have arrested and charged a second person in a murder that occurred in north Nashville on Jan. 6.

Police say 20-year-old Davario Kendricks was found in the driver's seat of a stolen car parked in the roadway near a day spa on Jefferson Street.

He had a fatal gunshot wound to the back of the head.

James Moore Jr., 23, was previously charged with homicide the day of the murder. Now, police say Moore was simply present in the vehicle and was not the shooter.

The suspected shooter has been identified as 43-year-old Gregory Justice. He has also been charged with criminal homicide.

Officials say Justice was convicted of felony cocaine possession in the past.

Authorities have still not established a motive for the crime.
