A Kentucky man is accused of kidnapping and raping two Tennessee teens.

The victims, ages 15 and 16, told investigators that Joshua Meyer kidnapped them from Chester County, TN.

Meyer, 29, allegedly drove the young women to his home in Paducah, KY.

The girls said they were sexually assaulted multiple times and were forced to cut and dye their hair.

The teens were able to escape to a nearby home. A woman called police after the teens showed up at her house on April 7.

Meyer admitted to police that he met one of the girls on social media over a year ago and that he knew they had run away from home.

According to police, Meyer admitted to engaging in sex acts with both teens.

Meyer is charged with first-degree rape, first-degree sodomy and second-degree unlawful transaction with a minor. He is being held at the McCracken County Regional Jail.

The police department says the investigation is ongoing and additional charges are likely to be filed.
