NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) - A man walked away from a serious wreck in Belle Meade Monday thanks to nearby golfers and construction workers who helped him escape his car.

Just before 2:00 p.m. Monday, police say a driver had an "allergy attack" and started sneezing while he was driving. His car ran off the road and he hit a culvert, causing the car to flip on its side.

The incident happened near the intersection of Nichol Lane and Page Road, right next to Percy Warner Golf Course.

In street video released by police, you can see a nearby group of golfers and construction workers spring into action and flip the car upright. The driver gets out of the car and inspects the damage.

The car was smoking after the accident, and quickly burst into flames. Thankfully, nobody was injured in the wreck.
