Country superstar Garth Brooks will be performing at Bridgestone Arena for the first time in seven years this December.
Brooks will be playing at least five shows - Saturday, Dec. 9; Sunday, Dec. 10; Friday, Dec. 15; Saturday, Dec. 16; and Sunday, Dec. 17. These concerts will be the last stop on the North American leg of his tour.
Brooks is planning to add a sixth show to his Bridgestone residency, but details are still being worked out at this time.
Tickets to Brooks' shows went on sale Friday morning. Tickets cost $58.25, plus a $5.98 tax, a $4.50 facility fee and a $6.25 service charge, for a grand total of $74.98.
Tickets for all five confirmed shows are sold out.
The tickets are only available through ticketmaster.com/garthbrooks, Ticketmaster Express at 1-866-448-7849 or 1-800-745-3000 or the Ticketmaster app.
So far, Brooks has sold over 6.3 million tickets on his tour, making it the biggest North American tour in history and the biggest American tour in the world.
Brooks is the reigning CMA Entertainer of the Year. He is a member of the International Songwriters Hall of Fame, the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame, the Country Music Hall of Fame and the Musicians Hall of Fame.
Earlier this month, Nashville Mayor Megan Barry and Gov. Bill Haslam were on hand to present Brooks with an honorary banner for the nine concerts he performed at the arena in 2010 to raise money for flood relief efforts. He sold 151,677 tickets for those shows.
