NASHVILLE (WSMV) - Firefighters say a man's quick call stopped a small fire from becoming a big problem.

Just before 3 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to the Overlook Ridge Apartments off Buena Vista Pike in north Nashville.

Officials said the fire started in the attic of one of the apartments.

The building was evacuated, and no one was injured.
