A free event this weekend promises to help women stay healthy and organized, and it gets everyone involved in the action.

Participants will be able to take care in free health screenings and education sessions presented by All About Women. Also, Vanderbilt will provide breast exams and blood tests, and Metro Police will offer domestic violence counseling.

There will also be Zumba classes, voter registration and last minute tax tips.

The event is Saturday, April 14, at STEM Preparatory Academy on Nolensville Pike. It runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
