WSMV-TV Channel 4 News and 95.5 WSM-FM, Supertalk WTN 99.7, WQQK 92Q, and Classic Hits 97.1 RQQ have partnered to deliver Channel 4's 4WARN Weather Forecast on the radio.

Channel 4's 4WARN Weather Forecasts can be heard regularly throughout the day on 95.5 WSM-FM, Supertalk 99.7 WTN, WQQK 92Q, and Classic Hits 97.1 RQQ beginning January 9, 2012. "We are committed to providing our listeners with the most accurate forecast information available. Now listeners can take Channel 4's weather forecast with them, no matter where they go." said Mike Carpenter, General Manager.

In addition to regular weather forecasts the stations will also be able to carry Channel 4's coverage of severe weather during extended outbreaks of tornados or other serious weather events. "WSMV has just unveiled the most powerful, highest-definition weather radar in Middle Tennessee." said Matthew Hilk, News Director of WSMV-TV. "Channel 4 is the only television station with live, real-time radar data, and now radio listeners will reap the benefits while on the go."
