CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - Clarksville Police announced two arrests made in connection to a robbery of a smoke shop, during which an employee was stabbed multiple times.

According to CPD, 34-year-old Michael Minor walked into Rony’s Smoke Shop on North Riverside Drive on the night of September 17 wearing a shirt over his head and another wrapped around his face. Minor jumped over the counter and stabbed an employee several times before taking money and running out.

Clarksville officers arrested another man, 34-year-old David Dillon, on September 20, which led to Minor’s arrest on Wednesday, September 21.

Both Minor and Dillon have violent criminal histories.

They have been charged with especially aggravated robbery as the investigation continues.

Neighbors of the convenience store told Michael Warrick their reactions after the incident.
