Most of the downed trees were near Loretto High, but the caller said the high school was not damaged.

A Shell gas station on Highway 31 was severely damaged when strong winds blew through the area. This gas station is near Spring Hill High School, but there were no reports of damage to the school.

The Wayne County emergency management agency director said there was flooding on Cedar Grove Road and some trees were down.

Stormy weather had passed by 2:30 p.m.
