    (RNN) – The Climate Prediction Center at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration released its initial outlook for the hurricane season Thursday, and it predicted a 70 percent chance of nine
    National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration predicts a normal hurricane season with the possibility of nine to 15 named storms in the Atlantic and 12 to 18 named storms in the Pacific Ocean.
