Plans Aim To Improve Shopping Center Traffic

HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn. -- Plans are under way in Hendersonville to improve the flow of traffic near the Streets of Indian Lake.

Officials said that during rush hour and peak shopping times, traffic often becomes congested.

Engineers are now studying traffic lights in the area, and resetting some of their timing patterns in hopes of preventing backups.

There is also a plan to add a third lane to the bridge that travels over Vietnam Veterans Boulevard.
