GALLATIN, Tenn. -- The destruction from the Feb. 5 tornadoes is still fresh for people in Sumner County, especially in Castalian Springs.The United Way of Sumner County is setting up a temporary tornado relief office at the Sumner County Administration Building on Belvedere Drive in Gallatin.The office will be open on Tuesday, April 15, and Tuesday, April 22, from 12:30 p.m. until 4:40 p.m. and on Thursday, April 24, from 4:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m.Residents applying for funds should bring proof of residency, proof of their need and documentation from the American Red Cross, the Federal Emergency Management Agency and their insurance company before United Way paperwork can be completed.
