Women Let 5 Kids Use Drugs, Police Say

HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn. -- Two women are accused of letting five children use drugs and alcohol while at their apartment.

Tami Cornelius and Dana Sommers have been charged with misdemeanor child neglect and endangerment.

Police said the children, ages 12 to 17, took pills, smoked pot and drank alcohol while going in and out of the apartment on Crestmont Drive in Hendersonville.

All of the children were taken to the emergency room, two of whom were unconscious. All are expected to fully recover.
