The SUBWAY® Get Fit Challenge is focused on motivating challengers to create and maintain healthy lifestyle goals that will last a lifetime. The challengers will receive training in nutrition and fitness from Nashville, Franklin & Murfreesboro Athletic Clubs and personal trainer Lisa Kirchner.

Meet Lisa, the Subway® Get Fit Challenge Personal Trainer

Lisa Kirchner is highly-respected ACE (American Council on Exercise) Certified Personal Trainer, a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher and the owner of TransFitness, LLC, a versatile wellness company based in Franklin, Tennessee. For thirteen years, Lisa has been using a variety of methods to help individuals and groups of all ages and fitness levels improve their health and well-being through appropriate exercise and sound nutrition.

Lisa's holistic approach to wellness focuses on both body and mind to help clients reverse the effects of chronic stress, cultivate more life balance and just feel better! Lisa is a great listener who works with her clients to develop wellness programs that are just right for them. Her compassionate and challenging style and expert instruction provide just the motivation needed to help her clients reach their potential and achieve their health and fitness goals - and her techniques and sense of humor help make the process lots of fun!
