Callie Starnes was a reporter and co-anchor for Channel 3 Eyewitness News at 11:00 from June 2008 until February 2014. Callie and her husband, Brian, became parents in October. She has decided to remain in Chattanooga as a full-time mom in the home.
Callie has been honored with awards from the Associated Press, Society of Professional Journalists, along with earning the prestigious Edward R. Murrow award.
Callie received her degree in communications from Berry College, with a minor in government. She spent her college years working for her campus television station, working in radio, and interning at WSB-TV in Atlanta. Callie frequently returns to her college campus to serve on the Berry College Alumni Council.
Callie is originally from the Atlanta area. She and her husband live in Chattanooga.
