BBQ Jackfruit Sliders from The Southern V
Canned or fresh jackfruit
(Seasoning Mix) Chili powder/Paprika//Garlic powder/Onion powder and BBQ sauce
Cook jackfruit in a pan with olive oil on medium heat. Let the jackfruit soften. Cover with seasoning and bbq sauce of your choice. Let the jackfruit cook and chop jackfruit with a dough cutter, pizza cutter, etc to make it a pulled pork texture.
Serve on slider buns with coleslaw
