  • 1 cup oats (gluten-free, if needed)
  • 1 serving vanilla Nourish protein powder
  • ? cup shredded unsweetened coconut 
  • ? cup chocolate chips 
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds 
  • ? cup peanut butter 
  • ? cup honey 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla 
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until well combined. 
  2. Roll the dough into tight, small balls. 
  3. Refrigerate or freeze, if desired.
