NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

Fans in town early for the CMA Fest are lining up to meet their favorite country music artist in downtown Nashville.

Stars are in town on Monday for the Music City Gives Back concert, which benefits the W.O. Smith Music School.

So far more than $100,000 has been donated to local charities.

“Every year, I think this is our third year now, and every year it gets bigger and better and the fans just show us so much love,” said country singer William Michael Morgan. “It’s amazing and just to be able to give back a little bit of my time, or just a little bit to charity, it feels good. It’s awesome.”

Artists performing on Monday night include Rodney Atkins, Big and Rich, Ashley McBryde and more.

The concert begins at 5 p.m. and will be held at Ascend Park in downtown Nashville near the Ascend Amphitheater.
