The hearing for accused Waffle House shooter Travis Reinking has been postponed to July 13.

Reinking was scheduled to appear in court Friday morning, but the hearing was pushed back because he is still undergoing a mental evaluation.

Reinking is accused of killing four people and injuring several others at the Waffle House on Murfreesboro Pike in Antioch back in April. He is charged with four counts of criminal homicide, four counts of attempted murder and one count of unlawful gun possession in the commission of a violent felony.

He is being held in jail without bond, meaning he can’t pay his way out. Reinking is being represented by public defender John Wing.

Deputy District Attorney Roger Moore, Assistant District Attorney Tammy Meade, Assistant District Attorney Jan Norman and Assistant District Attorney Ronald Dowdy will be prosecuting the case.
