Once stopped, officers arrested Robinson. Her two minor children were also in the vehicle unrestrained.

A second suspect, identified as Tavarus Brinkley, fled on foot. He was located a short time later hiding in the attic of one of the nearby apartments. Police found a semi-automatic handgun in a dumpster where Brinkley allegedly disposed of it.
