NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

Like many Nashville Predators fans, former captain Mike Fisher shaved his playoff beard after the Game 7 loss.

Fisher's wife, country star Carrie Underwood, posted a video of their son helping him shave his beard. Click here to watch.

Underwood captioned the video: "Prediction: This won't end well."

The Preds fought hard in the playoffs, but their season came to an end after falling to the Winnipeg Jets in the second round on Thursday night.

Underwood tweeted about the loss, voicing her support for the franchise.

Underwood also volunteered her services to the Golden Knights for the national anthem.

And Fisher isn't the only one who shaved his beard. News4 Today anchor Chris Miller went to a barber shop to get a trim on Friday. Click here to watch the Facebook Live video.
