Asparagus Chaat from Chef Maneet Chauhan

Chef Maneet Chauhan
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced  tomato
1 cup green and white asparagus sliced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 oz lemon yogurt
1 oz mango mint
2 oz tamarind chutney 
Bhel Puri
Paninpuri shells 

Mix onions, tomatoes, and asparagus with salt and pepper. Toss in the lemon yogurt, tamarind chutney and mango mint. 
Fill the shells with the asparagus chaat and top with the Bhel Puri.
