(Meredith) – If a Dish Network telemarketer called you and you were on the National Do Not Call Registry, you may be entitled to $1,200.

A judge in North Carolina ruled that the company violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and a telemarketing lawsuit was brought against the TV provider.

18,066 phone numbers that received calls from Dish Network between May 2010 and August 2011 are included in the lawsuit and could be eligible for a claim.
