Rumors continue to swirl about who will be the next head football coach at the University of Tennessee.
According to numerous reports, former Western Kentucky and current Purdue coach Jeff Brohm was approached by Tennessee about the job.
Brohm just finished his first year as head coach at a Power Five school, going 6-6 at Purdue.
A radio report out of Knoxville around noon Wednesday said the university was set to announce Brohm as its head coach, but that did not happen.
Some of those reports said Brohm was offered the job, others said he was not offers and that he wanted to stay at Purdue.
