Gallatin police looking for suspect in car burglaries

GALLATIN, TN (WSMV) -

Gallatin police are looking for a man who broke into several cars across town.

The suspected burglar got away with cash, IDs and credit cards from vehicles parked at restaurants and churches in the area between 5 and 7 p.m. Sunday.

Security cameras caught the man using the stolen credit cards at the Tennessee Market on Broadway and the First Stop Market on North Water.

The suspect was last seen in a 2000s model dark blue Chevy Trailblazer, possibly with a Kentucky tag.

Anyone with information about the burglaries is asked to call the Gallatin Police Department at 615-452-1313.
