DECATURVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

A trial date has been set for one of the men accused of killing nursing student Holly Bobo.

At a hearing Tuesday afternoon, the judge said Dylan Adams' trial is tentatively set to begin on May 29, 2018.

A jury from Chattanooga will be set on May 24 and sequestered. The trial is expected to last about a week.

Dylan Adams is charged with kidnapping, rape and murder. His older brother, Zach Adams, was convicted in September of murdering Bobo.

The death penalty and the possibility of life without parole for Dylan Adams have been taken off the table.

The next status hearing is scheduled for Dec. 14.
