Crispy Brussels Sprouts from Alex Belew
10 Brussels sprouts, stem removed and halved
BBQ spice rub
Bread crumbs (we use homemade biscuit breadcrumbs)
Fried sage leaves
Granny Smith Apple, diced
Heat oil to 350. Fry Brussel sprouts for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oil onto paper towel lined sheetray or bowl. Season liberally with bbq spice rub.
Pour Brussels into bowl and layer in the remaining ingredients. Finish with the golden Brown bredcrumbs.
