Bicyclist dies from injuries after being hit on Natchez Trace Parkway

NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

A bicyclist has died from his injuries after being hit by a car on Natchez Trace Parkway in Maury County.

Officials said 58-year-old Randall Singleton was riding his bicycle when he was struck by a 1965 Ford Falcon.

The wreck happened at mile marker 418 on Nov. 5.

Singleton suffered significant injuries to his head and leg.

Officials said the driver of the vehicle is cooperating with the investigation.
