Recorded calls from jail, obtained by the News 4 I-Team, reveals a woman charged with prostitution discussing a city official who is accused of paying her for sexual favors.

The I-Team first obtained the calls when we investigated Desiree Moss in February, when we were researching how much former Judge Casey Moreland knew about the relationship between his court-appointed deputy and Moss, who at the time was an inmate going through drug treatment in the same court.

Moss’ name surfaced again on Oct. 19 when she was charged with prostitution and told police that former planning commissioner for Millersville, Lynn Crouch, was paying her for sex.

When we obtained Moss’ phone calls from jail, she discussed several times a man by the name of “Lynn.”

In one phone call, Moss’ mother berates her for how she is treating two men by the name of “Lucas” and “Lynn.”

“You know what Des? I think the way you're playing Lucas and Lynn is pretty savage and vicious,” Moss’ mother said.

At the time, Lucas Frawley was Moss’ fiance, and also the court-appointed deputy in the court where she was getting treatment.

Moss’ mother then berates her in the call for how she was treating the man called “Lynn.”

“You play Lynn for money like he's an ATM. And Lucas doesn't know about (Lynn). So you're playing (Lucas) too,” Moss’s mother said.

“Lucas knows about (Lynn),” Moss said.

“(Lucas) knows that (Lynn’s) your sugar daddy,” Moss’ mother said.

“(Lynn's) not my sugar daddy, stop using that word!” Moss said.

But according to a police narrative, Moss told police she met Lynn Crouch on the website sugardaddyforme.com.

The affidavit in the case reads Crouch gave Moss money for sexual favors for years.

At one point in the phone call, Moss and her mother argue that Lynn didn’t know that Moss and Lucas were engaged.

“I don't need to tell him my personal life,” Moss said.

“Why? Because that doesn't keep (Lynn) on the line?” her mother asked.

Moss’ mother then criticized her daughter for using Lynn for money.

“You've been to (Lynn’s) house - he told me - 20 times in October,” her mother said.

“Yeah, for five or 10 minutes?” Moss said.

“For what?” her mother asked.

“Money,” Moss said.

In the phone calls, Moss repeatedly speaks with an older man, who never identifies himself, and talks frequently about talking to Moss’ attorney.

According to the police narrative, Crouch said he frequently paid for Moss’ legal fees.

It is unclear, though, if the older man in the phone calls is Crouch.
