NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

Straight off their historic playoff run, the Nashville Predators will be taking the ice at Bridgestone Arena for their home opener against the Philadelphia Flyers on Tuesday night.

The plaza party outside the arena will begin at 3 p.m. The puck drops at 7 p.m.

Before the puck drops, the Preds will do their annual Gold Walk from Tootsie's to Bridgestone Arena.

There will also be live performances from country music artists, including Cole Swindell, Billy Ray Cyrus and Trick Pony, for Tootsie's 57th birthday bash.

Unfortunately, the Preds' home opener is already sold out. There will be a limited number of $15 tickets available at 10 a.m. at Ticketmaster.com. A special promo code for those tickets will be announced on 107.5 FM on Tuesday morning.

The Preds opened their season with away games in Boston and Pittsburgh. They lost both games.

The team is hoping the energy from fans at Bridgestone Arena can help them turn that around.
