(MEREDITH) – Sandra Bullock is the latest celeb to reach out to Harvey victims after the tropical storm devastated Houston and Texas’ Gulf Coast.

The Oscar-winning actress pledged $1 million to the American Red Cross relief effort on Tuesday, People reported.

Bullock, who has a home in Texas, is encouraging others to do whatever they can to help those in need.

“I’m just grateful I can do it. We all have to do our part,” Bullock said, according to People.

Other high-profile donors, including the Kardashian women, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, and Kevin Hart have also contributed to disaster relief efforts in Texas.
