Cheekwood showcasing fashions of 'Downton Abbey' in new exhibit

NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

If you're a fan of the English drama Downton Abbey, Cheekwood has the perfect exhibit for you.

The estate and garden is featuring costumes that were created just for the show's aristocratic family and their servants.

The exhibit is called "Dressing Downton: Changing Fashion for Changing Times."

The exhibit is included in the price of admission, which is $20 for adults and $15 for children. Tickets are included in the cost of a Cheekwood membership.

"Dressing Downton" will be open to the public from Saturday through Sept. 10.

    An SUV traveling westbound on the I-440 ramp to I-65 North exited the ramp and fell about 60 feet, landing the car on railroad tracks. The Nashville Fire Department confirmed that part of the car landed on a parked train below. The driver was trapped in the car and officials had to free the driver with extraction equipment.
