NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

It's a hot one on Lower Broadway, and the heat has caught up with a lot of people.

Just on Sunday, the LifeFlight Event Medicine team treated 215 festivalgoers. Two were taken to the hospital.

Officials say many people are drinking too much alcohol and not enough water.

There are at least 40 paramedics on site ready to help.

Between CMA Fest and Game 6 of the Stanley Cup Final, medical professionals plan on staying busy throughout the night.

As the sun goes down, the injuries don't slow down. The heat of the day really catches up with many people later in the day, and paramedics said they begin to see more injuries from falls.

Officials are reminding people to drink lots of water and try to find somewhere cool to take a break.
