SMYRNA, TN (WSMV) -

Several women have accused a Smyrna massage therapist of inappropriately touching them, and a grand jury has now made an indictment.

Channel 4 first reported this story back in February. Since our story aired, more than a dozen other women came forward.

Marco Rigo is now facing more than 30 sexual-related charges.

“I pushed and eventually got justice,” Danielle Kendall said.

Kendall told Channel 4’s Liz Lohuis this in February, “He touched me very inappropriately. He actually put his erection in my hand, in my open palm.”

Kendall said it happened at the Adoro Day Spa in February 2016, while she was getting massaged by Rigo, the owner.

He wasn't arrested until a year later.

“He said, ‘It's a dead end. I can't get a confession out of him. There is nothing else I can do,’” Kendall said.

Rigo bonded out several weeks later, but Smyrna police say this week he was arrested again.

Police say all of the reported incidents happened while Rigo was working at Adoro.

“Just the fact that many people had the courage to come forward after we aired that story, it felt really good,” Kendall said.

Leslie Merritt, the current owner of Adoro, said she took over after Rigo left on his own last year.

“I am appalled by this number. I am in shock. To this day Mr. Rigo maintains his innocence,” Merritt said.

“People who are sick like Marco, they know how to get away with what they are doing and make women question what has been done to them,” Kendall said.

Kendall said she knows the road ahead will be long. She will have to testify against Rigo in court. But she’s ready.

“I feel a lot better. Way more at peace,” Kendall said.

Rigo is being held on a $60,0000 bond.
