TULLAHOMA, TN (WSMV) -

A Tullahoma High School teacher has been suspended without pay after his arrest on Thursday on drug-related charges, according to the school system.

Tullahoma City Schools said Martin McFarlane, the co-director of bands at Tullahoma High, had been suspended without pay after his reported arrest on Thursday.

Records show McFarlane was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of drugs.

School district officials said police found marijuana while assisting the FBI at McFarlane’s home during an investigation involving child exploitation.

McFarlane is out of jail after posting a $13,000 bond.
