NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

Two individuals have been indicted for accusations of trying to influence the vote of a juror.

Per the request of 25th District Attorney General, Mike Dunavant, TBI Special Agents investigated Cecila Shawn Hadley and Delbert Louis Pattat, Jr. in September 2016. Agents developed information to suggest the cousins participated in an effort to influence a juror’s vote in a Hardeman County DUI case.

Hadley and Pattat were each charged with one count of improper influence of a juror.

Authorities booked the two into the Hardeman County jail. They were released on their own recognizance.
