NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

The TBI says a 5-month-old girl who was reported missing in Memphis has been found.

Investigators said Ayla Settles was found with her non-custodial father, Alvin Lloyd.

Lloyd allegedly took the baby from her home at the Hillview Village Apartments in Memphis around 2 a.m. Tuesday.

A statewide Amber Alert was issued for the child around 6:15 a.m.

WMC reports that Lloyd has been diagnosed as a paranoid schizophrenic.

According to the TBI, Lloyd has an extensive criminal history
