GATLINBURG, TN (WSMV) -

Family members have confirmed the name of one of the seven victims killed in the Sevier County wildfires.

NBC affiliate WBIR is reporting 70-year-old Alice Hagler was killed in Gatlinburg.

Hagler called her son Monday night and told him that their house was on fire.

"My mother called me frantically that the house was on fire, yelling that the house was on fire, and I told her to get out of the house," said her son, James Wood, to WBIR.

Her body was found inside the cabin, which was in the Chalet Village area.

Wood told WBIR that Hagler had two hip replacements and could not get around very well. He said he tried his best to get up to the cabin and save her, but the fires had already blocked the roads.
