Whiskey Kitchen's Shrimp & Grits

Ingredients: ?

2 tablespoons canola oil
5 shrimp
? each?

1 tablespoon garlic
2 tablespoons chopped bacon
1 quarter cup white wine
1 cup creole bbq sauce
1 cup cheddar grits
Salt and pepper to taste
Total prep?
7 minutes
Begin by heating grits.
Salt and Pepper five shrimp.
Heat sautee pan with oil.
Add shrimp
Add bacon
Sautee ligh?t?ly
Add garlic
When garlic starts to brown deglaze with white wine.
When wine is au sec (dry)
Add the creole bbq and slowly simmer until shrimp is cooked through.
Plate grits and add shrimp and sauce over the top.
Roughly 7 minutes if we go slow.
