The color of the diving pool has been an embarrassing mark on the Rio Ogranizing Committee, as it changed from clear blue to murky green last Tuesday.
Six days later, Great Britain diver Tonia Couch reports that the water has returned to blue.
"Women's individual soon and the water isn't green anymore," she tweeted Monday morning.
On Saturday, Rio officials Gustavo Nascimento and Mario Andrada held a press conference to come clean about what led to the color change, chalking it up to 80 liters of hydrogen peroxide that a contractor dumped into the diving pool.
Rio officials opted to drain the adjacent synchronized swimming and water polo pool, but not the diving pool, where the green water -- which is not a health risk to entrants -- can actually help the competitors with their visual cues.
There will be no such advantage going forward with the diving well back to blue.
