Rio Olympian Kanak Jha on 'Nightly': "You just want to win"
By: Dan Levinsohn
16-year-old Kanak Jha is the youngest of all 554 U.S. athletes at the 2016 Rio Games - but, as explored in a Wednesday night segment of "NBC Nightly News", he might also be his country's best hope for a table tennis medal.
In the piece, Jha discusses his age, his California roots and his passion for the sport.
"He's kind of like a dog that bites onto your leg and just won't let go, no matter how hard you shake him off," teammate Timothy Wang said of Jha in the piece.
