Healthy Egg Roll in a Bowl
(quick low carb, one pot dinner)
1 pound ground turkey
1 bad slaw mix (shredded carrot and cabbage)
1 cup sugar snap peas
1 teaspoon sesame seed oil
1/2 cup Bragg's liquid aminos (or low sodium soy sauce if not gluten free)
1 tsp Thai sweet chili sauce
sliced green onion for garnish
1 In a large wok or skillet, brown ground turkey.
2 Meanwhile, combine sesame seed oil, Bragg's aminos (or soy sauce) and sweet chili sauce in a small bowl and set aside.
3 Add the cabbage/carrot and snap peas to the skillet and toss to combine. Stir in the soy sauce mixture.
4 Cover and cook until the vegetables are soft, about 10 minutes.
Garnish with green onion and serve.
